The living area has been furnished to provide a cosy retreat after a day at the beach or sampling one of Scarborough's many activities. The lounge leads to an open plan dining room with seating for 6 guests.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and has a door leading out to a private secure furnished back yard.
The second floor has a large bedroom with king size bed, dressing table, bedside tables, open wardrobe, full length mirror and occasional chair.
A modern tiled bathroom completes this floor and features a bath and separate shower.
Floor three offers two further bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 is another large room with a king size bed, vanity dressing table, bedside tables, open wardrobe, full length mirror and occasional chair.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, open wardrobe, full length mirror and chest of drawers

Newly renovated Durham House offers the perfect location for all that Scarborough has to offer! Just a 5 minute walk to Peasholm Park and the Open Air Theatre.
The famous North Marine Road cricket ground is just a six hit away!
The glorious North Bay Beach is just a 5 minute stroll away in one direction and the town centre 5 minutes in the other direction.
The South Bay beach is a 15 minute stroll away.
Durham House is beautifully furnished with a fresh, modern decor and offers a three storey house perfect for a beach holiday for a family or group of friends. 

We are also pet friendly and welcome your well behaved four legged friends!
